ReactClient¶

ReactClient (RC) is one of the FrontStage graphical user environments that runs in a web browser. The name refers to the React.js technology used to create modern web applications with this look and feel.

In this section, you will find instructions on how to use the application as an agent, i.e., to handle calls, chats, fill out cases, etc.
